Ms. Prieto attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, with highest distinction, in 2006, and her Juris Doctorate in 2009.
While at law school, Ms. Prieto served as the editor-in-chief of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. She also was on the National Moot Court Team and participated in the Middle Temple Moot Court Competition in London, England. Ms. Prieto also was the national team’s representative on the Holderness Moot Court Bench.
