Event Summary:
This event will use the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision NASA v. Nelson, 131 S. Ct. 746 (2011), as a starting point for a discussion of the continually evolving world of privacy in the workplace. Subjects will be explored from both academic and real-world perspectives by the panel participants, all of whom have a great breadth of knowledge relevant to privacy in the employment context in this technological age. Attendees will learn about the current landscape of employee/employer privacy and how it affects their practice of the law.
